Omega list
OMEGA list is the mailing list for all omega project participants.
The OMEGA list will be used for sending certain messages or announcements and sharing a common interest information between all the Omega project people at once. The mailing list will be managed by the list owners (Cristina Reus and Joaquin Tintore).
This is a private list: only the people who are subscribed to the list may send messages and access archived posting and you have to go through the list owner to subscribe to the list or to leave the list.
HOW TO SEND MAIL TO OMEGA LIST?. To post a new message to the list, you send mail to the list address (OMEGA@listserv.rediris.es) using the same procedure as when you send mail to other people. You will probably want to respond to a posting you have read. The best way to respond is using the reply function of your mail program. This way the message subject is preserved and the others subscribers can see than your message is a reply to the original question. You can of course post a new message.
We think this mailing list will be very useful for all omega project participants. Please use it when you want to share information or results, to send messages or announcements, ...
